How to manage players on a Minecraft server

Under the Game Tools section, you'll find the player manager. Here you can see all the players online on your server, along with all your whitelisted, op, and banned players.

To apply an action to a player, you can press one of the action buttons on the right of their name. If you don't see the menu update, you can press the refresh button.
